We want you to love your Oiselle gear, but if it's not the perfect fit for your run, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Option
Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.
Print and Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items into the original mailer or a similar protective envelope.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
